ENROLLMENTS
We adhere to a holistic approach of early childhood education. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Once they leave our Childcare Center, they’re fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives.
In order to offer the best learning environment, we have a maximum enrollment capacity in every program. The best way to learn more about our school is to book a tour.

Please note that you must register on Region of Waterloo One List before you can be considered for tours and enrollment.
TUITION FEES
The centre is registered for the government funded Canada-Wide Learning & Child Care (CWELCC) program. Our programs run from 8am - 5.30pm. The parents have flexibility to complete the drop-off before 9am.
The parents are charged for 261 days in the calendar year and includes 20 days when the centre is closed. These closed days include the Ontario Statutory holidays, March break, and Winter/New Year break.
Based on 2025 guidelines, the standard rate is $22/day which has been calculated evenly for every month. All programs have the same standard fee based on CWELCC. The subsidized rates differ based on the families arrangement with the Region of Waterloo. We do not offer part-time programs.
INFANT PROGRAM
Ages: 6 to 18 months
Class size: 10 children
Ratio: 1 teacher to every 3 children
Tuition: $478.50 / month
TODDLER PROGRAM
Ages: 18 months to 30 months
Class size: 15 children
Ratio: 1 teacher to every 5 children
Tuition: $478.50 / month
CASA PROGRAM
Ages: 30 months to 6 years old
Class size: 24 children
Ratio: 1 teacher to every 8 children
Tuition: $478.50 / month
Invoicing:
The school sends the invoice via Lillio app. The tuition payments are made within Lillio using Pre-Authorized Debit.
Late Fees:
A late fee of $50 will be applied to the next month's invoice for payments made after the due date. The NSF charges for failed Pre-Authorized Debit transactions is $100.
Parents/Guardians are advised to pick up the children and leave the centre by 5.30pm. Parents/ Guardians who are late picking up a child will be charged a late fee, $5.00 for the first minute and $2 for every minute after until the parents have left the centre. These funds are to go directly to the closing teachers.
